Job Description

The National Account Manager is responsible for:

·         Building sales and ensuring profitability through sales activities

·         The cultivation of new business development alongside the CEO

The incumbent will:

·         Lead internal sales programs by interfacing with a variety of internal partners to meet or exceed annual sales goals.

·         Prospect aggressively to attain new business opportunities

·         Achieve and beat annual sales goals and objectives set forth and agreed upon by company management

·         Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers

·         Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, always looking for their white space and to improve on key metrics

·         Interact with and coordinate the involvement of other departments to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

·         Lead internal customer strategies and programs development

·         Manage, trouble shoot and solving conflicts that arise with programs to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Preferred qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business or related field  

·         Minimum five years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.  business-to-business sales environment

·         A proven record of being able to create a strong sales strategy, understand how to tackle and prospect aggressively, and ultimately close deals

·         Strong networking and communications skills

·         Superb judgment when handling competing priorities along with flexibility to balance fixed scheduled functions along with variable functions
